Every name carries a story, and ours begins with a word: Baile Mór — Gaelic for “great town,” historically used to describe the settlements and gathering places that anchored communities and shaped their futures.
Fittingly, on the Isle of Iona — one of the most influential small places in Celtic history — the village itself is still called Baile Mòr, a modest name for a place whose ideas reached far beyond its size.
It’s a story that feels right at home here. Canada was built on the strength of small towns and townships, where the town hall, the main street, and the community centre have shaped the character of a nation stretching from coast to coast to coast. That’s the spirit behind our firm — it isn’t the size of a community that determines its impact, but the boldness of the thinking behind it.
